Customer Service

AWi's Customer Service Representatives provide an important link between our retailers and various AWi departments including Distribution, Transportation, Procurement, Advertising, Retail Technology, Accounts Receivable, and the Member Website.  Customer Service can provide general information on all these areas, or direct your questions to the appropriate department for detailed information and specific requests.

 

Our Center Store Customer Service Staff specializes in the programs, guidelines, ordering procedures, and credit policies for the following product areas:

  • Grocery
  • Dairy
  • Frozen
  • Bakery
  • GM/HBC
  • Cigarettes
  • Candy/Tobacco

We also offer credit information and processing for Meat, Deli, and Produce.  Specialists in these perishable commodities are also available in our Meat and Produce Departments.

Customer Service representatives are available 7 days a week to answer any retailer's questions or help with orders.

Representatives also have on-line access to valuable computer information: 

  • Current inventory levels
  • Product movement and pricing
  • Order tracking for pre-book, trade show, survey, and all regular orders
  • Order transmission status
  • Delivery updates and schedules
  • All recall and/or product quality issues
  • Credit status
