The Retail Technology Department provides a full complement of programs, services, software and equipment for in-store pricing automation and point-of-sale (POS) technology.

From AWI’s own PC-based POS system with advanced electronic payment systems to back-office price management software, Direct Store Delivery, sign and shelf tag printing, wireless price verification terminals and loss prevention, AWI offers a variety of software and hardware to meet the needs of our retailers.

Retail Technology also provides a high service profile that includes a Help Desk, regional field technicians for on-site service and support, and 24-hour emergency service. Our full-service department includes equipment and software sales, system installation, and comprehensive training services from a team of experienced professionals from the retail and technology industries.
